This week i had the pleasure to work with a gorgeous amber alpaca - i think it's definitively one of my favorite colors, like for everything, with grey and navy blue - and wrap a few orders and i must admit, i have a true passion for simple and lovely packaging, i should have been a Santa's elf !
So, it was a very very good working week even thought the sky was all about Grey, i'm a breton girl, wind and rain are my long times friends but, sometime, a little sunshine is a joy for the heart! An other one is to make crisp butter ans sesame shortbread cookies and some good tchaï , tea time is good time.

If you too want to eat some winter sunshine cookies here is the recipe, it's very simple :

SESAME SHORTBREAD COOKIES

Home made sugar crust pastry (here)
Sesame seeds
Muscovado sugar

Roll the dough out to 1/2" thickness.
Cut the dough with a cookie cutter (or a juice glass if you want)
Put on cooking paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds and muscovado sugar
Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, or until slightly golden around the edges

See how quick and easy that was? let's go cooking it now, it's always tea time somewhere!
